Arms and Ammunition Management:-

Police Lines of each district maintains the stock of arms and ammnition and distribute to Police sations, Police Stations in turn keeps/ maintains similer records. Each weapon is numbered and issued along with counted number of ammunitions to individuals officers while on duty. Weapons along with ammunitions are deposited back on return from duty.In case weapons have been used. Details are also furnished mentioning number of rounds fired. Management of weapons and ammunitions in this activity is envisaged to be done through this module.

Vehicle Management:-

This module envisages management of Logbook, maintenance, repairs, allotment of vehicles in district/ police stations, fuel consumption, Mileage,condemnation and repacement, etc.

Stock Management:

This module envisages management of procurement, distribution, projection of requirement along with budgetary forecast.

Reference and griveance management module:

Each office receives references/ letters to be acted upon. Similarly field officers receives letters handed over personally by petitioners. This module should track the ongoing process and status of current position wotj targer dates etc.

Budgetary Management:

Each office/ district/ police station receives fund under various heads which are utilized. Requirements are projected on current availability presented. Thisshould be linked to stock module,
